As a reminder, please be sure to select events that you are able to safely complete while still following all Local, State and National laws and guidelines. Be respectful of facility closures and compete in events that you can complete in your neighborhood or backyard. Tools such as Google Maps have distance measuring options to measure short distances based on landmarks in your area, how-to guide here.

How to Submit Your Results
A video guide on how to submit results can be found here.

Results will need to be submitted via the AthleticAPP and should be accompanied by evidence of your result.

For track events less than a mile and field events the best method is to submit a video of the attempt. For running events, it is good practice to have a running stopwatch visible on the screen at all times for mark verification. For field events, it is good practice to show the measurement after the attempt has been made.

For longer runs over a mile you may use the Record Run feature of the AthleticAPP, being able to select the appropriate distance and then automatically upload a GPS Tracked time of your run. Alternatively, you can submit a photo of another GPS recording device log or activity.

Once your activity has been uploaded the leaderboard will be updated in real-time to reflect current results. Athletes will be able to view other athletes’ postings, watch videos or look at photos of their competition. Results will lock on July 31, 2020 at 11:59 pm.
